Wessex Conference Centre

The Wessex Conference Centre is the umbrella term for a number of venues located on the grounds of Sparsholt College. Being a land based academy, Sparsholt is set in over 450 acres of beautiful English countryside and its country views, sprawling lawns and tree-lined gardens provide a secluded breakaway from the humdrum of the city; making our convivial venues ideal for both business and social gatherings.

Only ten minutes from Winchester, The Wessex Conference Centre provides a perfect setting for teambuilding events, conferences, residential conferences, seminars, exhibitions, launches and meetings. Businesses can enjoy the seclusion that a countryside venue can offer with the convenience of close proximity to good transport links.

At The Wessex Conference Centre, we have learnt to be flexible in meeting the differing needs of our clients and are happy to help you plan every detail of your event. Whatever you require, a dedicated coordinator will oversee all the arrangements from the moment you contact us through to the close of your function. Our catering team will be devoted to your occasion too, providing a variety of freshly prepared food to suit your taste and pocket.

We pride ourselves in being able to provide for a variety of functions irrespective of their being for two people or parties of up to 250. Classroom facilities and lecture theatres are also available.

There is plenty of free parking on site and, if you book Westley Court, the flagship of the Wessex Conference Centre, for your event, sole use of the venue is guaranteed.

Private accommodation is available at Westley Court and we are also able to facilitate seasonal bulk accommodation packages for larger groups, such as residential conferences, summer schools, bus tours and rambling and cycling clubs on either a day rate, half-board or full-board basis.
