A wide range of rooms is available, suitable for every type of corporate gathering and business meeting. Each meeting room has natural light and can be set to suit individual needs. From the wood panelled Garden Room, perfect for an exclusive meeting to the spacious and air-conditioned Ashotts and Willow rooms, both ideal for conferences of up to 65 delegates, Chartridge has the space and facilities needed to give every event the best chance of success.

Specialist staff are always on hand to advise and assist on any issue and all rooms are equipped with the latest technology and internet access. At no extra charge, electronic copier boards and extra powerful overhead projectors are here to use as well as flip charts, Marker boards and computer access points. For advanced presentations, top of the range data projectors are included in the package. There is also a fully equipped Business Centre should the need arise. Motivational and team building events are part of all that we do at Chartridge to give clients a full service conference experience.

During residential conferences, because of the leisure facilities on offer, guests have no need to disperse at the end of the day. Often business is discussed over a drink in the Chartridge pub or around the croquet lawn. Whether entertaining clients, encouraging staff, or launching a new product, Chartridge's singular setting presents an impressive venue.

The elegant Garden Room, suitable for up to 20 guests and the Dutch Room, ideal for 8 or less provide exclusive and luxurious settings for intimate gatherings. For a larger group, perhaps at Christmas or to celebrate a company success, the spacious and impressive Lodge seats up to 90 people in comfort.

After a day in conference a game of par-three golf or croquet provides the perfect opportunity to enjoy the glorious grounds and the gym enables an exercise regime to continue. Why not try a game of tennis on the all weather court or jog around the exercise trail.
